Figure Skating Workload Management Gen3

Log In & Add License Code

1. Log in to the app.
   
   

2. Go to the Settings screen (⚙ icon).
   
   

3. Scroll down and tap + Add License.
   
   

4. Enter your license code in the window that appears.
   
   

   • Capital letters not required
     
     

5. Tap Add. Your license will appear under ACTIVITIES/FEATURES.
   
   

Add Students (Coach License)

• On the Home page (⌂), tap ADD STUDENT.
  
  

• Fill out the form and tap Save.
  
  

Alternative:

• Share your Instructor Code with your students:
  Home page > Your account > ✏️ icon > Instructor Code
  
  

• When students add you, you’ll receive a notification (🔔 icon).
  
  

Add a Coach (Student License)

1. On the Home page (⌂), tap your name.
   
   

2. Tap the ✏️ icon next to your name.
   
   

3. Enter the Instructor Code, tap Save.
   
   

   • Note: Your instructor must accept your request.
     
     

Gen 3 Sensors – On/Off & Charging

• Always On – No on/off switch.
  
  

• Initial Charge – Charge for 40 minutes using provided cables.
  
  

• Charging Indicators:
  
  

  • Blinking green = Charging
    
    

  • Solid green = Fully charged
    
    

• Battery Check:
  Go to Sensors screen > Tap Bluetooth icon (top-right)
  
  

Charging Tips

• Sensors should be plugged in when not in use.
  
  

• Unplug before use – Placement color indicators only work when unplugged.
  
  

Optimizing System & Download Speed

1. Turn on Airplane Mode
   
   

   • Use iOS Control Center or Settings
     
     

2. Turn Bluetooth ON
   
   

   • If already on, toggle OFF, wait a few secs, then turn back ON
     
     

3. After your session, disable Airplane Mode to sync data to the cloud.
   
   

Pairing Your Sensors

1. Tap the sensor icon at the bottom of the screen.
   
   

2. Tap Add Sensor (top-right).
   
   

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Start a Module (Student License)

1. On the Home page (⌂), tap your name.
   
   

2. Go to the Modules tab.
   
   

3. Tap OPEN next to Figure Skating Measurement.
   
   

4. Tap START MEASUREMENT.
   
   

5. On the Sensor Setup screen, tap CONNECT.
   
   

   • Sensor should show: ✓ Connected to 1 sensor
     
     

6. Place the green sensor on the hip → tap NEXT.
   
   

7. Tap START to begin.
   
   

8. After practice, tap the red STOP button.
   
   

💡 Tip: Run the module in the background:
Tap X > Select Keep Running.

Check Results (Coach & Student)

1. On the Home page (⌂), tap your or your student’s name.
   
   

2. Go to the Modules tab.
   
   

3. Tap OPEN next to Figure Skating Measurement.
   
   

4. Use the date filter at the top to view capture history.
   
   

Module Running & Capture Loading

• Sensors continue recording even away from your device.
  
  

• When the player returns:
  
  

  1. Open their module.
     
     

  2. Wait for swing data to load.
     
     

  3. Tap Statistics to review captures.
     
     

Troubleshooting Tips

• Ensure Bluetooth is ON (Settings > Bluetooth).
  
  

• Limit Bluetooth connections to 6 devices max (sensor must be one).
  
  

• Sensors must be within 15m (50ft) during:
  
  

  • Initial connection
    
    

  • Placement
    
    

  • Module stop

• The module can be stopped on the sensor screen:

  • On the Sensor screen, tap on sensor.

  • Press “Stop Module”

  • Select Sync and Stop to save the captures on the sensor.

  • Select Stop without Sync, and any capture not synced to the app will be lost.
